Self-taught cook/chef with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with “stages” undertaken in professional kitchens. Everything is home-made, where possible, including bread and pastry: all complimented by my experienced, smart waiting staff who deliver a delightful and professional service.  Having spent my time in Oxfordshire I have relocated to Northumberland and will now offer dinner parties for between 6-20 people.
